The museum's collection is a tribute to the thousands of Maine land transportation pioneers whose dedicatd work cleared, reshaped the land, and constructed the highways and rail lines that allowed the state's development beyond its seacoast. There will also be a demonstration of Maine's largest trebuchet (catapult), which will be launching pumpkins far into the Penobscot River.
