If so, you need to be a Bangor Greeter!
The Greater Bangor Convention and Visitors Bureau want's all our visitors to discover everything that our region has to offer. The best way to do that is by putting our visitors in touch with the people who know and love this region the best – the people who live here.
You don't have to be a living encyclopedia to volunteer.
If your looking for a unique volunteer opportunity then this program for you. This is your chance to give back to the area you love, and show our visitors the friendly Maine welcome that we are known for. As a greeter you'll have the unique opportunity to make a great first impression when a visitor arrives in Bangor.
We'll provide training - you provide the enthusiasm and sparkle!

Answer visitor inquires at the Airport Visitor Center Welcome cruise ship passengers on the Bangor Waterfront Greet participants at conventions & special events Assist us in our office with tourism related tasks Join us and be part of something great!
